2Cor 5:7 “For we walk by faith, not by sight” "Don’t get your hopes up!" I am sure you have all heard this before. Have you ever wondered what does this truly mean? For some, it means that life is bound to disappoint. It says, do not aim high because you’re not likely to have the things God promised. It says that we can’t expect good things to happen to God’s people. We must be careful of thinking this way. This kind of thinking is convicts us to an empty existence. If you think this way with little faith you will never get much out of life. You will continue to get as you always got! Therefore my beloved, Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become your actions. Watch your actions; they become your habits. Watch your habits; they become your character. Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.
