"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."--John 1:1 Sunday’s gives the opportunity for each of us to praise and worship God. We give him thanks for the many blessings he has bestowed upon each of us this week. God continues to bless us as we have an opportunity here today to make a fresh start, for this is a day that the Lord has made, Let us rejoice and be glad in it for it is a day of fresh starts and the prospect of new beginnings. We should begin each day with prayer because each day is a new beginning with its own opportunities. Right now, at this very moment, we are in the presence of a mighty and merciful God and has given each of us the possibility of making a new start in life. Seasons come and go, yet God's presence is ever faithful. No moment from the past can cloud the vision that God has for us.
